HEREAS, a certain agreemenb has been proposed relating to the construction and operation or
a prototype family fallout shelter in the City of Alameda at 1602 San, Antonio :,.veripe; and
wurEEEAs, the Council of the City of Alameda is inlormed and aware of the contents of said
agreement and hereby finds that the proposals contnined thereir are id the best interests of the City
of Alameda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0' ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that cer-
tain agreement by and between the United States of America, the City of Alameda, and the affected
property owners, relating to the construction and operation of a prototype family fallout shelter at
1602 San Antonio Avenue, in the City of Alameda, The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
Said agreement is filed in the office of 19( 6, Clerk and marked "Filed Nov. 1, 1960.
