RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to tho

side, "Proposal for Accounting Machine tor Stremt Department", or similar designatMon.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City,
to the resoonsTble bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to rejeut any
or all bidu.
The Cit Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accurdencu with 111 provisions of this resolution and of said Specification and
Provisions-
