ATCLETIC SUPPUES AND EQUIPMENT FUR TEE BaCREATiON DEPARTYENT,
CALLING FOR BIDS AMD DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME,
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the SpeolfScations and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda athletic supplies and equipment. for the Recreation Department, No.
MS 11-60-15, filed in the office of the City Clerk (1 Novesber 15, 1960, 14 and the same are hereby
approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the
hour of 10:00 o'clock ass,„ on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 1960, for furnishing to thu City of said supplies
and equipment, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions, Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly sorked on the ouru
side, "Proposal for Athletic Supplies end Equipment for the Recreation Department", or similar
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City,
to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid, The right is reserved to reject any
or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to 1141414111 4,4 in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, is accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions„
IL, the undersivned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced nnd adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th
day of November, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
