TRANSFERRING $25,000.00 FROM THE LINCOLN AVENUE REPAIR FUND
(NO. 530) TO THE SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND
(NO. 222).
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of $25,000,00 be, and the
same is hereby transferred from the Lincoln Avenue Repair Fund (No. 530) to the Special Gas Tax
Street Improvement Fund (No. 222).
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer
on their respective books and records.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of January, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and President McCall, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
