AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NOy(U)-
22357 (CHANGE '0') RELATING TO DIRECT SERVICES TO NAVY
PUBLIC QUARTERS AND NAVY HOUSING HOMOJA
WHEREAS, the United States of America, District Public Works Office, Twelfth Naval Dis-
trict, San Bruno, California,. has submitted a form of agreement amending Contract NOy(U)-22357
(Change "0"), relating to direct services to be rendered by the City to Navy Off-Statiaa Public
Quarters (formerly Defense Housing Project CAL-4111) and Hilltop Housing Project "B“, Naval Air
Station, for fiscal year 1960-1961, whereby the lump-sum annual cost for services enumerated in
Article 1, paragraph 1, is changed to read $11,971.00 in lieu of $11,960.00, effective 1 July
1960; and
WHEREAS, this Council is familiar with the provisions of said form of Change "0"; and
it is in the public interest that said amendment Change "0" should be executed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
agreement amending Contract NOy(U)-22357 (Change "0") be entered into, and the Mayor of the City
of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Alameda
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of January, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
