ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR, FURNISHING TO TFE CITY

12 GRINE DUET TRUCK, FOR STREET DEPARTMENT. CALLING FOR

RESCUED NY THE COUNCIL OF EKE COL= SF ALAENTA that the Specifications
and :Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (i) new, latHst model,
2-ton, 4-wheel drive dump truck, for the Street Department, No. 05 2-61-3, filed
in the office of the City Clerk. on February 21, 1961, be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
RDSOLVNI, FULTHEd., that the Council cf the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bibs up to the hoar of 1000 o'clock a-m. on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15, 1961, for
furnishing to the City of said dumb truck, in accordance with said Specifications
and Provisions. Hids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the C12 Hall, Alameda,
California, under oealbd cover and plAinly marked on the outside, "Propesal for
2-ton Dump Truck", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will. be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City., to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk to hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Tairces-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.

meeting assembled on the 21ct day of February, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
