ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHER-Ca TO THE CITY

4-WHEEL DRIVE PICKUP TRUCK, FOR STREET DEPARTMENT,
CALLING. FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING. CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
end Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model,
one-half ton, 4-wheel drive pickup truck, for the Street Department, No. MS 2-61-4,
filed in the office of the City Clerk on February 21, 1961, be, and the same are
hprehy approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids no to the hour of 1000 o'clock -7. on. WEDNESDAY, MARGIT 15, 1961, for
furnishing to IF City of 5aid dupp truck, in accordance with snid Specifications
and Provisions. must be presented to the City Clerk., in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
i-ton Dump Trurk", or similar designation.
Contrent, if AwDrded, will be awarder subject to the provinions of the
Chatter of said City, to the respon6itle bidder wto submits the lowest and hest bid.
The right 13 reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City. C1 erk. is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameia TimesSter,
a. notice calling for sealed bids, in accordahce with the provisions of this reso-
ution ahr of said Specifications and ProviAlors.
