APPROVING. ANL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MASTER AGREEMENT
PITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA PON EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WNERLAS, a. proposed agreement with the State Depertmert of Fublin Works,
Division of Highways, for the budgeting and expenditure of funds allocated from
the State highNay fund to cities has bee presented to the City Council for con-
sideration; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said Agreement be entered
nto, and this Council is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOL THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that said Agreement be, and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor he,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said. Agreement on behalf of
the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is authorized to attest to same, said
Agreement to be binbing upon the City upon its execution by the authorized
officials of the State of CalifErnia-
the urdersigneE, hereby certify that the foregoing Ho solution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21st day of February, 1961, by the followGng vote, to wt:
