provisions of Article 0 of the Charter of the City cf Alameda, and upon numin=( ion
of the Mayor, MRS. ESTHER STANTON 5z hereby appointed to the office of member of
the Library Board of the City of Alameda for a term expiring, on Stine 30, 1963, to
fill the unexpired term. of Douglaa D. Stafford, M— D., resigned, and to serve until
her successor is appointed and is ouolified.
