RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ALAMEDA AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, FOR REMOVAL OF TWO CITY-OWNED ELECTROLTERS
(WEBSTER STREET TUBE PROJECT).
WHEREAS, a certain contract for the removal of two City-o,med electroliers in connection
with the Webster Street Tube Project has been proposed by and between the City of Alameda, as con-
tractor, and the Division of Highways, State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Council is informed and aware of the contents of said contract;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized to execute said contract referred to above (IN°. 60-14TC15-FTP),
for and on behalf of the City of Alameda. The City Clerk of the City-of Alameda is hereby directed
to attest Co same.

introduced and adopted hy the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd
day of May, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
