to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1.962, No MS ii-51-5, be, and the same are
hereby proved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing:
Automobile and Truck Tires and Tubes
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1962, No, MS 5-51-6, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing;
Traffic Paint and Thinner
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1962, No. MS 5-51-7, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED, that the COUTICil OF the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 1100 a. m. OR MONDAY, MAY 29, 1951, for the furnishing to the City of each and all
of the above enumerated supplies, in accordance with the individual Specifications and Provisions
therefor. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under
sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside with the desi6nation of the supplies to which said hid
applies. Bids may c.over one item or a combination of items and the Council reserves the right to It
the contract for any of said supplies to one bidder or several individual bidders.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City,
the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid for any and all of said supplies, The
right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk. is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
