RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AUTHORIZING
CITY MANAGER TO GRANT CERTAIN CASH REFUNDS WHEN NOT IN EXCESS
OF $25.00 (PERMITS, ETCETERA).
WHEREAS, from time to time it is proper, equitable and just that cash refunds be made to
various permittees, applicants for permits, licensees and other similar persons who have mistakenly
procured permits, etc., or who have procured unnecessary permits, et, u11
WHEREAS, it is deemed by the Council of the City or Alameda that this function is minister-
ial in nature and resort to formal Council action is unnecessary and time consuming;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CUTE OF 4.11 44 that the City Manager -
of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized to grant cash refunds, not to exceed (125.00, to persons
entitled theretP under the provisions of the paragraphs set out above. The Auditor of the City of
Alameda is hereby directed and authorized to make such refunds unon direction of the City Manager.
