RESOLUTION OF TEE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ALAMEDA ADOPTING
SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS FOR MINOR
STREET PATCRING WITH ASPEALT CONCRETE FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1962. CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CIIT CLERK TO
ADVERTPSE SAME.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has propared Specifications, Speoial. Provisions and Plans for
Elnot street patching with asphalt. concrete for the fiscal year ending Tune 30, 1962, numbered
SW 6-61-9 and filed in the office of the City Clerk on Tune 6, 1961;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 1113 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 413 13 that the aforesaid
SpeETficatioas, Special ProvtsitmE and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby aphroved and adopted.
RETOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance, and comhletion of the, work specified in said.
Specifications ant" Provisions be, and the samE is hemaby authorifed.
