RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifiriations and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda. one (1) new, latest raodel truck, inclodins hoist and three. cubic
yard capacity dump body, for the Golf Department, No. NIS 6-61-11, filed. in the office of the City
Clerk on June 6, 1961, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted,
RESOLVED, FEIRIHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids, up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. OR MONDAY, JUNE 26, 19E1, for furnishing to the City of said truck,
in actiordancP with said Spepifications and Provisions. Bids ;must be presented to the City Clerk, in
the. City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, 'Proposal
Ear 3 cbiti yard Dump Truck for Coif DepartmentO, or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, mill be awarded subject to the provisions of the Cbnrter of said
City, to the responible bidder who submits the lowest and best hid. The right is reserved to reject
any or ail bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertised in. the Alameda Times-Star, a notice
for sealed bids, in accordanoe mith th11 . provisions of. this resolution an-4 . of said Specifications and
Provisions.
