RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT wrrw:THE ALAMEDA UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT RELATING TO ARCHITECTURAL AND/OR DESIGN FEES, ETC.
(ENCINAL HIGH SCHOOL SWIM POOL PROJECT)
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the City's best interests to contract for the services of a
designer nr architect in connection with the proposed Encinal High School Swimming Pool (s); and
WHEREAS, the Alameda Unified School District has agreed to reimburse the City for one-
half of the expenses incurred under said architect's contract, including soil test and analysis
fees and other miscellaneous matters; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has been proposed covering the matters referred to above
and the Council is aware and informed of the contents of such agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City
Manager of the City of Alameda be, and he Is hereby, authorized to execute, for and on behalf of
the City of Alameda, that certain agreement referred to above, as filed in the office of the City
Clerk marked "Filed, Aug. 15, 1961". The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City cf Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of August, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dungan, Godfrey, McCall and President Collischonn, (4).
NOES: Councilman Schacht, (1).
ABSENT: None,
