RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA APPOINTING
A MEMBER OF THE RECREATION GOMMISSTON.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to the provisions of the
Ordinance 1102 N.S., and upon nomination by the Board of Education of the Alameda Unified School
District, ROGER FOOPER is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Recreation Commission of
the City of Alameda, for the term commencing on September 1, 1961, and expiring on August 3t, 1964,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled
on the 12th day of September, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
