RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' AL.MEDA APP41NTINS

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAAEDA that, pursuant to the provisions of the law
of the State of California, JACK C. LUBBOCK be, and he is hereby, appointed to the Office of Member
of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, for a term expiring. August 10, 1964, to fill the
unexpired term of Marshall S. Pease, resigned, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is
oonlified.
1., the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled
on the 12th day of September, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dungan, CodfTey, McCall, Schacht and President Coltischonn, (5),
NOES: None.
