RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE ALAMEDA SUPPORTING
THE PROGRAM RECOMMENDED BY THE ALAMEDA COONTY HIGHWAY ADVISORY
COMMITTEE POE IMPROVEMENT ANC DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE HIGHWAY
SYSTEM IN ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1962-1963.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council the Program Recdmuended by the Alameda
County Highway Advisory Committee for Improvement and Development of the State Highway System in
Alameda County for the fiscal year 1962-1963; and
WHEREAS, this Council is familiar with the recommendations made by said Advisory Commit-
tee, and it is in the hest interests of the City that such recommendations be supported;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED KY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council, on
behalf of the City of Alameda, supports the recommended program by the Alameda County Highway
Advisory Committee for improvement and development of the State Highway System in Alameda County for
the fiscal year 1962-1962, said recommendations to be made to the Highway Commission.
3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to W. A. Sperling,
Secretary, Alameda County Highway Advisory Committee.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
