RESOLUTION OF THE couNcrc OF THE CIIY OF ALAMEDA ADOPTING
A CIVIL DEFENSE OPERATIONS FLAN-FOR THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS, there has been filed in the office of thm City Clerk of the City of Alameda a
certain Civil Defense Operation. Plan, marked "Filed Oct. 3, 19611 ; and
WHEREAT, the Council is aware and informed of the contents of such. plamT and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Alameda that such plan be adopted in
relgtion to Civil. Defenbeg
NON THEREFORE, BC IT RESOIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAB CITY OF ALAMEDA that that certain plan
filed in the office of the City Clerb of the City of Alameda, marked "Filed Oct. 3, 1961", is
hereby adopted a.g the official plan of the City of Alameda for civil defense operations,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any previous resoluticns or motions in conflict mMth this reso-
lumion are hereby rescinded to the extent mf such congliet.
I, the undsrsigmmd, hereby certgfy the the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introdmeed and adopted by the. Council of the City of giameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of October, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
