WH8REAS, public interest and necessity require that the real eau-Terve hereinmftom doscribed
be acquired by the City of Almneda for street, highway, sewer and general municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, Grover J. Gravatt and Mary Ellen Gravatt, his wife, and Paul C. Schmidt and
Rosemary C. Schmidt, bis wife, are the owners of the real property hareina5tor described and are
willing to grant the same to the City of Alameda for the sum of $122.93;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TOE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City of

Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly described ns followa
