RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA ADOPTING
SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA ONE
(1) NEW, LATEST MODEL INUUSTRIAL WHEEL TRACTOR EQUIPPED
WITH LOADER AND SCRAPER, OCR THE Gnu DEPARTMENT, CALLING
FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model industrial wheel tractor equipped with
loader and scraper, for the Gulf Department, No. MS 12-51-21, filed in the office of the. City Clerk
on December 19, 1951, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 1952, for furnishing to the City of
said equipment, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alafneda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside, 'Proposal for Industrial Wheel Tractor Equipped uLh Loader and Scraper", or similar
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.

19th day of December, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
