RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA APPROVING FINAL
MAP OF TRACT NO. 2334 SUBMITTED BY SOUTH SlIORE LAND CO. (PORTION
OF UNIT 3, SOUTH SHORE).
I.9ESEAS, there has heretofore been filed with and approved by this Council a tentative in
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract lo. 2334; and
WHEREAS, the owner and subdivider of said tract has filed a Final Map of said tract for
approval.
101,; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract No. 2334 be, and the same is hereby, approved subject to the condition that the written agree-
ment of the owner and subdivider, South Shore Land Co., dated December 22, 1953, relating to the
installation of improvements in Tract No. 1986 (Unit 3) be equally applicable, to Tract No. 2334,
which is a portion of the original Tract No. 1986. The Surety Company supplying the bond required
by paragraph 11 of said agreement shall agree that said bond shall, also be applicable to Trace
No. 2334,
The City Clerk of the City of Alameda is hereby directed to attach her signature to said
Final Map only upon the fulfillment of the condition set out above.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of January, 1962, by the following vote, tc wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dungan, Godfrey, McCall, Schacht and President Collischonn, (5).
NOES. None,
ABSENT: None.
