RESOLUTION OF rilE COUNCIL OR THE CITY OF ALAMEDA ADOPTING AND
SUFV,IITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FRO.
THE STATE HIShWAY FUND TO CITIES (SUPPLEMENTAL 1).
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement was executed by the City of Alameda and the State of California
on March 2, 1961 for expenditure of funds allocated fram the State . highway fund to cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement . showing estimated expenditures
of such funds recommended to he made during the fiscal year 1961-1962; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said project statement;
NOW THEREFOSE, ,73E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said project
statement be, and it is hereby, adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax alloca-
tion to cities; said project statement be, and tne same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and/or
the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign the same on behalf of the City of Alameda
and the City Cleric is directed to attest to same; said project statement to he submitted to the
Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197
of the Streets and Highways Code.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
10th day of January, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, McCall, Schacht anfi Piesident Collischonn, (4).
NOES: None.
