RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA APPOINTING
GEORGE A. ROSE TO FILL A VACANCY IN THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA.
WREREAS, a vacancy has been created in the Council of the City of Alameda by the recent
and untimely death of William D. Dungan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF L9) 9) that, pursuant to Sec-
tion 2-7 of the Charter of the City of Alameda, GEORGE A. ROSE of 1512 Encinal Avenue, Alameda,
California, is hereby appointed to fill such vacancy.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that. the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular wA;.;eting assembled
on the 22nd day of January, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
