RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA APPOINTING
MEMBER 3 THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
REMOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of Article X
of the. Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination 96 the Mayor, ALBERT H. AINSLOW
is hereby appointed to the. office of memlJer of the Public Utilities Beard of the City of Alameda for
a term expiring on June 30, 1964, to fill to unexpired term of Rix Maurer, deceased, and to serve
until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
