RESOLUTION OF TEE COS= OF TME CITY OF ALAMEDA AUTFORIZING
A DESIGNATION OF REDSVELOMENT AREA BY RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVEISOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of thE City of Alameda has heretofore determined to enter* upon
a redevelopment project or projects for the City of Alameda 5n the event the same proves feasible.
after investigation end report; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 334E0 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California
it is necessary that the City Council, by resolution, designate or authorize the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Alameda or members of the agency, by resolution, to designate redevelopment areas;
NOW THEREFERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Redeveloramehb
Agency of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized to make an investigation end derewminntion as to
which area or areas within the conlines of the City of Alameda are most needful of redevelopment and
rmprovement, nnd that upon suoh determination said Redevelopment Agency shall, by resolution, desig-
nate redevelopment nrers, in which resolution said 11090 (11 areas shall be clearly defined and
describer:—

of this resolution.
