SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A STORM SEER ON EVERETT STREET, SLANDING AVENUE TO EAGLE
AVENUE, CAILLN FOR SIDS AND DIRECTING CITY aERK TO ADVERTISE
W9EREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plaas for
the construction of a storm sewer on Everett Street, Blanding Avenue to .Lagle Avenue, numbered
P S' 1-62-1 and fsiled in the office of the City Clerk on February 20, I.962;
NON THEREFORE, SE II' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Specifications, Special ProsAsions and flolas, sssbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that •the performance and completion of the work specified in said

to the hour of 11:03 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, MARCH 2, 1962, for furnishing to the City of all labor,
