MEMBER OF THE CITY PLANNING BOARD.
9E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Ole previsions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nominaCion of the Mayor, STANLEY A.
MUELLER i5 hereby appointed to the office of member of the City Planning Board of the City of
Alameda for a term expiring on June 30, 1962, to fill the unexpired term of Albert S. Edgexton,
D. D. S., resigned, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, harehy certify that the foresoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st_ day of May, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, McCall, Rose, Schacht and President Collischoon,
