RESOLVED BY THE cooNen OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
'4 '"in to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model motor scooter For the Police Department,
o. MS 5-62-4, tiled in the office oF_ the Ciry Clerk on May 15, 1967, he, and the same, are hereby
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed blds up to
the hour of 11 .1 1, o'clock a.m. on TUESDAY, "AY 29, 1962, for furnishing to the City of said motor
scooter, in accordanse with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alaneda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for Motor Scooter for the Police Department", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submile the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
For sealed bids, in accordanre with the provisions of this renolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
