WEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for
resurfacing on Otis Drive at Mound Street and at Pearl Street, numbered PM 6-62-13 and filed in the
office of the City Clerk on June 6, 1962;
NOM TBEREFORB. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CT ALMEIDA that the aforesaid

materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accord-
