RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA APPOINTING
A MEMBER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to the provisions of the
law of the State of California, CECIL BURNLEY be, and he is hereby, appointed to the office of
Member of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, for a term commencing August 11, 1962,
and expiring on August 10, 1966, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of August, 1962, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen McCall, Rose, Schacht and President Collischonn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
