CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 5395
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ALAMEDA. ADOPTING
SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING 10 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA ONE
(1) NEW, COMPLETE THREE AND ONE-HALF CUBIC YARD, DOUBLE GUTTER
BROOM, DUAL CONTROL STREET SWEEPER WITH CAB, CALLING FOR BADS
AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions
for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, complete three and one-half cubic yard,
double gutter broom, duat control street sweeper with cab, No, NS B-62-9, Filed in the office
of the City Clerk on August 21, 1962, be, and the same are hereby approved and. adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
In the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, A110052 30.1962 for furnishing to the City of said
street sweeper, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for 312 cubic-yard, Double Gutter Broom, Dual Control Street Sweeper with Cab",
or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provistons of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and hest bid. The right is reserved to reject
any ur all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, ia the Alameda Times-Star, a notice
calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said
Specifications and Provisions,
