FOR XRCEITECNURAL SffRVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION

RTEREAS, the City of Alameda. intends to construct x recreaRion club hERRe at Codftey Park
within the City of Alareda, and
WHEREAS, in. conneRtion therewith, it is necessary fo contract. for architectural services,
and
WHEREAS, XeitR Ponsford and °soar M. Price, duly liceRsed architects, are wilting to
undertake the. rendering of such services, and
WHEREAS, a form of agreemenc„ covering the. hiriag of said Pons ford and Price to render thE
aforemeationed services has been submitted and the Council is. aware of the content thereof;
NOW THEREFORE., RE IT RSOLVED BY TiiE COUNCIL OF THE cirY OF' ALAMEDA. that the form of agree-
ment as filed with the City Clerk on October 2, 1962, hereinabove referred to odd all. of the terms
and provisicns thereof, be and the ,3. are hereby approved.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cit. V.anager of tbe City of AlamEda be, and he is hereby
