WHEREAS, the Alameda. Chamber of Corrddrce is willr,ng to undertake the work of advertising
the City of Alandda and to carry on all. the necessary publicity for said City daring the fiscal year
ending hund 60, 1963; and

the fiscal. year ending June 30, 1966—

Ghamther of Commerce and the City of Alame.da, submitted to the Council and filed with the City Clerk
of the City. of Alameda. on October 2nd, 1952, and the terms, agreements and provisions therenf be,
and the same are hereby approved.
RESOLVEU, FURTHER, that the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby amtboriHdd and
directed to execute, and the City Clad, ro attest, on behalf of the City of Alameda, a contract.
substantially in the ford, and containing the covenants, agreements and provisions set forth in thn
aforesaid. form of contract.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that pursuant to Ordinance No. 546. N:du Series, as amended by Ordi-
nanne No. 962 Nem Series, the. sum of $19,650.00 be, and is hereby appropriated out: of the General
Fund of the City to be used fox. publicity or. advertising for said City.for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1963, in the manner and for the purposes provided. In said Ordine.nce No. 11 Ndw Series,
as emended.
