ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISUING TO THE CITY OF 51. \35D1
ONE (1) NEW, LATEST MODEL 3/4 TON CHASSIS CAB TRUCK, INCLUDING
COMPLETELY INSTALLED MAINTENANCE PLUMBERS UTILITY BODY, CALLING
FOR 3.11)S AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE .v '30
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions Inc
furnishing to the Cit of Alameda one (1) new, latest model 3/3 ton chassis cab truck, including
completely installed maintenance plumbers utility body% No. MS 1-63-2, filed in the office of the
City Clerk on January 15, 1963, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda 11.11 receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 14.00 o'clock a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 29, 1963, for furnishing to the City of said
truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal. for Plumbers' Truck°, or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and hest bid. The right is reserved to
rejecT any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifica-
tions and Provisions.
