BE Fr RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Article X of the Charter of th e City of M.ameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, HERMAN
KIHN is hereby appointed to the office of member of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda
for a term expiring on june 10, 1963, to fill the unexpired term nf Hugh Tebault, resigned, and to
serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of January, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, McCall, Rose, Schacht and President Collischonn, (5).
NOES: None.
