faithful. employees, C. RAMMorp BURTON, aMo had been employed as the Radio technician of the. Pity
en September 22, 1936, and had retired frc,m this position. on Novembem I, 1958; and

radios in the Police Patrol Cars and, thereafter, had bemn solely responeible for the operation of

skill in this work; and
