BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
WilERFAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provision and Plans for
resurfacing nf various streets in the Cltfy of Alameda, numbered PO 5-65-10 and Filed In the office
of the City Clerk on. May 21, 1963;
1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE. COUNCIL OE' THE Cililff ALAfiEDA that the aforesaid
Specifications, Special Provisions and Flans, numbered and fi led as afoxesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and. c.,dopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that hhe performanhe and complefion of the work specified in. said Speci-
ficatione and Provisions be, and the saFle is hereby authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, hhat the Council of the Cit. of Alamed.a will receive sealed bids
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.w- on. FRIDA? , PAY 31, 1961 for furnishing to the Clty of all labor,
materials, machinery, hohls and equipmFet. nehessary for the work hereluabove referred to, in accord-
ance with said SpecAfication and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the Clty Clerk, in. the City
