BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be August 6,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede those portions
of Resolution No. 6484, and of any other resolution in conflict herewith, arid all such conflicting
provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled,
