0HBREAS, a master ag.reemenr has heretoforo been executed by the City of Alameda, hereinn
after referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
hereinafter referred to as the Deparrment, on Mgrch 2, 1961, for expenditure of State allocated
funds; and
WIriERHAS, on July 16, 1963, by Resolution Nn. 5501, a budget therefor was adopted by the
City in accordance with 1' project statement of said expenditures; and
WHEREAS, a supplenleoral. project state.manr is now required in order to budget an addition
of five-eighths ENABu) cents of said funds as the City's portion for the construction of ',Bristling
Driver and
WHEREAS, such supplement:Lai project: statement. has been prepared showing th, . estimated
expenditures of such fundo recommended co be made during rhe fiscal year 1963-1964r and
RHERZAS, a reg1sed budget. has berm presented to the City Council iny accordencu with rhe

said budget;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C41 UTX0111 OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said budger be
and is hereby adopred as the budget of expeneXtures recommended to be made from suce funds during
the fiscal. year 1963-1964.
