RESOLUTION DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE
OF CITY IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF ASSOCIATION OF BAY AREA GOVERNMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
That the Mayor and the Vice Mayor shall be the representative and alternate representative,
respectively, of the City of Alameda, in the General Assembly of the Association of Bay Area Govern-
ments, pursuant to Article III of the by-Laws of said Association.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of November, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
