FIXING FEES TO BE CHARGED BY POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR FURNISHING
REPRODUCTIONS OF DATA AUTHORIZED HY SECTION, 20015 OF THE
VEHICLE CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, OR OTHER DATA, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5192.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the following schedule of fees is
hereby fixed to be charged by the Police Department of the City of Alameda for furnishing photo-
static or other reproductions of all factual data, authorized by Section 20015 of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California, to the interested parties enumerated in Section 20015 nf said Code, or
other data requested and authorized:
Each report, to a maximum of four pages of photocopy material
Each additional 4 pages or fraction thereof
Additional copy of same report
Photographs, 4 x 5, each
Each additional print
Photographs, 8 x 10, each
Each additional print

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5192,adopted by this Council on December 6,
1955, is hereby rescinded.
