RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of Sec-
tion 3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series, of the City
of Alameda, EDWARD N. SOUZA be, and he is hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension
Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1964, and expiring December 3L,
1966, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of December, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
