RESOLUTION APPOINTING TRUSTEES OF RECIA.MATLON DISTRICT
NO. 2087 TO FOUR-YEAR TERNS.
WHEREAS, only one person has been nominated for each of the five positions of trustee
of Reclamation District No. 2087; anP
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sections 50740 et seq., Water Code of California, notice
that no election to said positions will be held and that the persons so nominated will be
appointed, has been published in the required manner;
NOW THEREFORE, BE LT RESOLVED bY THE COUNCIL OF 'ME CITY OF ALAMEDA, that parsuant to
Section 5C742, Water Code of California, the following are the only persons nominated for each
one of the polions of Trustee of Reclamation. District No. 2087, and they are hereby appointed
to said positions for e term of four (4) years, commenhing January 22, 1964:

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the CIty of Alameda in regular meeting asembled on the
