RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION DOICNATEB
TRACT 200, A CONDOMINIUM 503DIVISIO1 OF LOTS 5, 6 AND 7,
TRACT 3334, SOUTH SHORE, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA.
HEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with and approved by this Connell a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2500, a condominium subdivision of Lots 5, 6
and 7, Tract 2334, South Shore, Alameda, California; and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared a proposed Final. Map of said subdivision, which has been
certified by the City Engineer and BransmitBad by him to the City Clerk; and
WHEREXS tBe Council now deBermines Lhat said Final Map is in conformity with the said
Tentative Map, the requirements of Ordinance No. 1208, N. S., and the Master Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
that certain subdivision designated Tract 2500, a condominium subdivision of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Tract
2334, South Shore, Alameda, California, be, and it hereby is, approved.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the CiLy of Alameda in regular meeLing assembled on the
21st day of January, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen La Croix, Jr„ McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (4).
NOES: Councilman Freemen, (I).
