California, described as follows:

Assessed Owner: Utah Construction & Mining Co.,
has been assessed herecofore fox County purposes for the fiscal year 1963-1964, and taxes levied
thereon (2nd insLatiment) in. the sum of $234.93 are uncollected and unpaid; and
WHEREAS, after the time said. assossIlent and taxes became a lien on said real property, iL
was, by Grant 7) <' recorded in the office of the County Recorder Gf AlaHRHla County on january 3,
1964, on Reel 1087, Image 82, Serial. No. AW 764, acquired, and ever since haq b,co. and now. is owned
by Citiy of Alameda, and has been and now is belng used for publHic purposes, and because of such
public ownership Is not si.lbject to sale for delinquent taxes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY F' ALAMEDA that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Alameda be, and it. is hereby requested to make its order, and to take
such furLher pmeeedings as may be. necessary, to cause all. uncollected t:axes, asses8ments, penalties
or cosL5 charged or levied for 17 '7 purposes upon the aforesaid parcel of real property, to be
cancelled; and Coat a record of such cancellation be made by t.he officer 0f, 1< 1- having custody
of the. record thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4986 of Lhe Revenue and Taxation
Code of the State of California.
