AGREEMENT AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO, 1148, NEW SERIES,
AS ANHNDED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that fhe City of Alameda hereby con-
sents to the assIgnalent by Utah ConstrucLion & Mining Co. to Shore Line Properties, Inc., of that
certain obligation, 4. ,711 particularly described, arisiag out of the agreement commoaly called
the Fill Agreement, authorized by Ordinance Nos. 1148 61.8., 1279 N.S., and 1445 N.S., said obliAation
on. the par6 of said Utah Ccalstruction & Mining Co., or its successors, being as follows:
To construct a beach of such nature and exte46 which Is acceptable. to the City
along the entire seaward boundary of Fill Area "Cf. Said Area "C" be8ng a
parcei of land situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, commonly known and designated as Unit IV', South Shore, Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby a1 thori2ed to execute, on behalf of the
City, a consent fo the. said '14, 170 heretofore entered info bety6en said parties, an& the CAty
Clerk is directed to 11 711 to same.
