SHORE, TRACT NO. 2537, SUBMITTED BY SHORE LINE PROPERTIES,
AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO
SUFFICIENCY.
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a. Tentative
Map of that certain proposed subdivdsion knowh as Hot( South Shore, Tract No. 2537; and
(1 414.13, the subdivider of said. Unit IV, South Shore, Tract No. 2537, Shore Ilae Properties,
inc.., has entered into a contract with the. City of 1131 31 agreeing to orKKtruot certain improve-
ments upon. said Tra31 t. and to post with the City Clerk. of the City of Alameda a faithful performance
bond in the amount of RH44.996.50 to guarantee performance of said contract( and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has fIted with this Council for approval. its FAnal Map of said
Knit IV,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL "0 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Unit IV, South. Shore, Tract No. 2337, be, and 4. 1. same is hereby approved.
BE IT' FURTHEK REsoueD that t4e bond in. the sum of $344,996.50, guaranteeTng full and
faithful 04 131(3,. of the Subdivider's said improvementw construction. contract, is hereby approved
as sufficient in amount.
