AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED UNIT IV,
SOU1H SHORE. TRACT NO. 2537.
WHEREAS, pursuan to Ordinance No. 1208, N. W., Shore Line Properties, Inc., a California
corporation, subdivider herein, has prepared and presented to this CourRidi the Final 1313 1313 the
subdivision Tnown as Onit IV, South Shore, Tract No. 2537, and
WHEREAS, said Subdivide has entered inth an agreement to cptisruct and compTete the
3. 1313 in. said subdivision, has filed its Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted its bond guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance
with the provisions of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed
in accordance with said agreement;
NOW THEREFOR2P, BE IT RESCIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement
for construct:Ten and completion of improvemen,s in subdivision designated Urit IV, SouLh Shore,
Tract No. 2537, and all its terms and conditions, be and the same hereby is, <13' 13 and
BE IT FURTPER RESOLVED dist the City Manager be, anP he is hereby, authorized and directed
to exec.ate said agTeement on behalf of the CiLy, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to atLest
to same.
