Resolution 06575CITY OF Al AMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 6575 REQUESTING OWNERS OF CERTAIN MARSH, TIDELANDS AND OTHER LANDS ON AND CONTIGUOUS TO BAY FARM ISLAND, TO DEVELOP PLAN SATIS- FACTORY TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR RECLAIMING, FILLING AND IMPROVEMENT OF SAID LANDS. WHEREAS, the further development of Bay Farm Island marsh, tidelands and other lands would result in substantial benefit to the City of Alameda; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA: (1) That the City of Alameda hereby declares its interest In the further development of Bay Farm Island marsh, tidelands and other lands. (2) That the owners of said marsh, tidelands and other lands situated on and contiguous to By Farm Island are hereby requested to develop a plan for consideration by this Council for the reclaiming, filling and improvement of said lands. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of March, 1964, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
